With the scale and complexity of enterprise projects, it is difficult for Business and IT to meet the demand for project delivery professionals with leadership skills; a trait critical for success as reported by the Project Management Institute. Using proven best practices refined over the past 13+ years leading business projects and large scale custom software implementations using Agile and Iterative Waterfall processes, I work closely with IT and business to ensure delivery of what business expects to receive.
